Vendor Application
I M P O R T A N T: The application below is for participation as part of the 2012 Crunk For Christ Radio Holy Hip Hop and Rhythm & Praise Awards on August 11, 2012. Vendor participation at the Awards Show is limited exclusively to artists, designers, makers and crafters represented work exclusively. Vendors must be responsible for creating and selling their own original work. Vintage vendors are not permitted; however, re-worked vintage or vintage-inspired items (clothing, jewelry, accessories, etc.)
are allowed. Please do NOT apply if you do not fit these criteria. Vendor booths are $60.00. There is a $10 non-refundable, non-transferable application fee. Which will be credited toward your booth if selected. Vendor booths do include one ticket into awards show.
